Where do I park to meet a leasing specialists for an apartment tour?

When you arrive at Ardmore, you are welcome to park on the ground level of the retail surface lot connected to the building. This is at the corner of New York Street and Delaware Street. There are entrances off of New York Street and Delaware Street for the parking garage. Temporary parking is free on the retail surface lot on the ground floor.

The main entrance is located around the corner on Pennsylvania Street across from the Birch Bayh Federal Building. If you are parked in retail parking lot, exit the garage west onto New York Street. Once you reach the corner take a left onto Pennsylvania Street and you will see our courtyard on your left as you pass the building on the corner.

Please use the keyless entry system to dial the leasing office to let them know you have arrived.
